Agrichem® Db Plus
Application
Agrichem DB Plus can be used in cereals, undersown cereals and newly sown leys. It is also safe to clover and can be used in established leys where clover is important.
Rate of application:
Use Agrichem DB Plus at the rate of 7 litres in 200-400 litres of water per hectare, using any conventional hydraulic sprayer. Apply as a medium quality spray at a spray pressure of between 2 to 3 bars.
Time of application:
Spraying should only be carried out in good growing weather. Best weed control is obtained during warm moist weather when plants are actively growing. Annual weeds should be sprayed early, preferably in the seedling stages, whereas perennial weeds are best controlled when they are well developed but before flowering.
Winter sown barley, oats and wheat - Spray in spring when the plants are fully tillered and before 1st node detectable stage.
Spring sown wheat -
Spray when the plants are at the 5 leaf stage up to the time of 'jointing'.
Spring sown barley and oats - Spray when the plants are at the 2 leaf stage up to the time of 'jointing'.
Undersown cereals and direct sown leys - Spray when the majority of clover seedlings have one trifoliate leaf, provided that the cereals have reached the specified growth stage. With red clover, some leaf deformity may be observed but subsequent growth will be normal.
Lucerne - DO NOT use Agrichem DB Plus on cereals undersown with lucerne or on seed mixtures containing lucerne.
Mixing
Always add Agrichem DB Plus to the water in the spray tank whilst it is being filled with clean water. Agitate gently on the return system when full.
WARNING
Avoid spray drift - DO NOT spray in windy weather.

DO NOT spray immediately before or after sowing any crop.
DO NOT spray when heavy rain is imminent or falling.
WASH EQUIPMENT thoroughly with water and a wetting agent or detergent immediately after use.
Wash out again with clean water before using another product.
