Hykeep must be applied evenly for satisfactory disease control.

Post Harvest Use a dust applicator to apply the dust uniformly over the whole surface of the tubers as they are loaded into store. For best results Hykeep should be applied as soon as possible after lifting and always within 24 hours. Refer to the manufacturers instructions for guidance on the correct mounting of dusting equipment.

Excess soil or trash may prevent good coverage and should therefore be avoided.

Potatoes should only be treated by means which provide an accurate dose.

The use of this product on ware potatoes is subject to the discharge of thiabendazole into receiving water, from plant washing treated potatoes, being within emission limits set by the UK monitoring authority.
